🎨 Oasis Weekday Art Classes (Ages 3.5-5)

Updated over 4 weeks ago

Oasis Art + Play Studio, Vasant Vihar

Our weekday afternoon programme for children aged 3.5 to 5 years offers a thoughtfully curated mix of art, craft, storytelling, and imaginative exploration. Each class is designed to strengthen fine motor skills, build creative confidence, and nurture individual expression in a warm, small-group setting.

πŸ– Class Options

✏️ Drawing Basics

Recommended for: Ages 3.5–5 (all learners)
A great foundational class to develop line control, shape formation, and early sketching techniques. Children engage in playful drawing exercises that improve hand strength, observation, and visual confidence.

βœ‚οΈ Craft Creations

Recommended for: Children who enjoy hands-on work
Focused on cutting, folding, gluing, and simple 3D construction, this class boosts fine-motor coordination and spatial awareness through themed, mixed-media projects.

🧠 Art Foundation

Recommended for: Children closer to 4 and already used to structured classes
This is our flagship art course, building core skills in observational drawing, composition, colour blending, and early design. Each 8-week cycle ends with a mini exposition to build confidence and communication skills.

🌍 World Culture

Recommended for: Curious children or those who travel often
Each week, we β€œtravel” to a new country through crafts, games, music, art, and food-inspired activities. A fantastic way to build global awareness, empathy, and cultural curiosity through creativity.

🏰 Imagine a World

Recommended for: Children who love imagination and storytelling
Over eight weeks, children design their own fantasy world β€” sketching magical creatures, building storylines, inventing vehicles, and imagining weather systems β€” all while developing design thinking and narrative skills.
